Event/Refund/Cancellation Policy
WE R CYCLING Event Disclaimer
WE R CYCLING Chapters/Regions/affiliate clubs. Invite you to attend in-person events solely at your own risk. Measures will be taken to comply with applicable health and safety directives, but by attending the event you assume any and all risks associated with your attendance, luding without limitation exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
WE R CYCLING Event Refund/Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation
WE R CYCLING and its Chapters/Regions/affiliate clubs reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If WE R CYCLING, or its chapters cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Participants who have registered for a WE R CYCLING event cannot cancel their registration once registered and refunds will not be issued for the same, and also no refunds will be issued for no-show for the event.
These above policies apply to all WE R CYCLING and its Chapters/Regions/affiliate clubs Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
*If a refund is allowed, the refund will be less any applicable service charges.
